If your Device is already damaged or smashed when brought in for repair, please note that we are unable to fully inspect or test the device due to its existing condition. Therefore, if any additional problems occur after the repair, we cannot take responsibility for those issues.

Opening the device for repair will affect water resistance — we do not guarantee original IP water resistance after opening. Warranty covers parts & labour but not liquid damage or accidental damage once repaired.

More complex issues (water damage or logic board) may take 1–3 days.
Mail‑in repairs are typically 2–5 working days including shipping.
